1. Service Agreement
By booking moving services with Eagle Star Moving, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include local moving, labor-only, packing, and related services as described on our website.
2. Pricing & Payment
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary based on actual hours (local/labor), and additional services requested on moving day. Not-to-Exceed (NTE) quotes guarantee a maximum price when elected.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72+ hours before the scheduled move are free of charge. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged a minimum service fee.
4. Liability & Valuation
Basic valuation coverage of $0.60 per pound per article is included at no additional cost. Full value protection is available at additional cost. See our valuation page for details.
5. Disputes
Any disputes arising from services provided by Eagle Star Moving will first be handled through our internal claims process. If unresolved, disputes may be pursued through applicable state law.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
